  • Anni is a human-to-human wellness advice marketplace that connects Members with Experts to receive personalised 1:1 advice via an Anni micro-consult.

  • Anni is free to join and works by connecting Members with Experts through a digital marketplace experience.

    Members of Anni can browse, select, and book appointments with an Anni Expert. The advice is delivered via a paid micro-consult tailored to the Member's needs.

    For Experts, Anni allows you to offer your services and advice and get paid all through one simple app.

    As we are just getting started, you must reside in Australia to be an Anni Expert. To be a Member, you can live anywhere in the world.

  • Yes, the Experts are highly experienced and knowledgeable humans who have been ID-verified, vetted and selected to ensure they provide quality advice.

    Anni encourages customers to read each Expert’s profile and reviews before booking.

  • When making a booking, you will be able to choose a 15 or 30-minute appointment slot.

  • The information and advice provided during your appointment will depend on your specific need.

    You can expect to receive personalised advice and information on a range of wellness topics, including general advice, coaching, specific problem-solving, new ideas, techniques and tips, and product and service recommendations.

  • Our Experts are very knowledgeable humans so you can ask them anything related to their expertise.

  • Yes, all micro-consults are completely private and secure. No part of the video consult is viewed or recorded by Anni. We use the highest standards of encryption to ensure that all your personal data is kept safe and secure.

  • Experts are rated based on a variety of criteria, such as Member feedback, professionalism, expertise, and responsiveness.

    Anni encourages all Members to rate and review their experience, as Member feedback ensures that our Experts are providing excellent advice and services.

  • You can cancel your booking in the Appointments section of the Anni app up to 24 hours in advance of your appointment. You will be charged the total fee of your appointment if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment.

    To reschedule your appointment and avoid any charges, simply cancel your booking up to 24 hours in advance and rebook at a time that suits you.

  • We hope this never happens, but you can do a few things if it does. At the end of each call, you will be given the option to rate your experience, and you will also see an option to report abuse. You can also hang up the call or end the chat at any time and contact Anni directly via the Help form located in the settings area in the app.

    Remember, all issues must be lodged immediately to assist the remediation process.

    You can connect with Experts and receive advice tailored to your specific needs whenever you need it.

    Please note that as we are a new service, you must reside in Australia to be an Anni Expert. To be a Member, you can live anywhere in the world.

  • All experts are located in Australia at this stage in the Anni journey.

    Available consult times presented in the Anni app are in your local timezone regardless of where in the world they are based.

  • The bandwidth used by Anni will be optimised for the best experience based on the users’ networks. It will automatically adjust for 3/4/5G or WiFi. For best results make sure you are in an area of good coverage.

    Recommended bandwidth for 1:1 micro-consults:

    • For high-quality video: 600kbps (up/down)

    • For 720p HD video: 1.2Mbps (up/down)

    • For 1080p HD video: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down)

  • We collect personal information such as name, email address and location. Our payment gateway partner Stripe will collect and encrypt your credit card information when you register for an account. We also collect and store information about your preferences, search and consult booking history. This information is stored securely and never shared with third parties.

  • We’d be sad to see you go but of course, if you do want to delete your account we’ve made it super easy!

    Within the Anni App navigate to Account and then select ‘Delete my account’.

    Deleting your account removes all your data and consult history from our servers. Anni is required to keep certain records for legal reasons and will anonymise any retained data wherever possible.

  • It’s easy! First, sign in to Anni and complete the Expert registration process. Once approved as an Expert, you can set your availability as part of your profile.

  • To become an Anni expert, you must be experienced in the topics and services you are providing. Qualifications and certificates are preferred but not mandatory. An experienced, well-presented and personable human makes an excellent Expert!

  • As an Anni Expert, you can monetise your knowledge and skills.

    Your Anni profile is a great way to build your personal brand and present yourself to your network, so keeping it fresh and up-to-date is important. Through your Anni profile, you can showcase just how talented you are by highlighting your experience, skills, education, and specialties. You can also include any certifications or awards you may have earned. Additionally, you can add imagery and photography to demonstrate your capabilities.

    Remember that Anni is available 24 hours a day, so be sure to keep your availability up to date to make sure Members can find and book you at a time that suits you.

    Once you are happy with your profile and have set your availability, let your network know that you are an Anni Expert! You can link your social media profiles to your Anni profile and connect with potential clients by sending them your unique Anni Profile Handle. Remember, your Anni Profile Handle can always be found in your profile in the app. Don’t forget to reach out to your family and friends; they are always our best advocates! Get them to help tell the world how talented you are and how to find you on Anni!

    As an Anni Expert, your advice is your superpower, so always provide quality advice to your customers. Remind your customers to leave a review to help you build your brand and reputation.

  • You can invite new Members to join in a few different ways.

    • Experts can share their unique Anni Profile Handle directly with potential customers so they can become a Member. You can share your link via email, social media, text, or other methods.

    • Anni Experts can post about their services on social media or other channels. This is a great way to reach a larger audience and let your network know they can easily book a 1:1 session with you.

    • Experts can use word-of-mouth advertising by discussing their services with friends, family, and acquaintances. This is one of the most powerful ways to reach potential customers and can be a great way to grow your new customer base.

  • Anni’s payment approach aims to offer the best experience for Members and Experts; therefore, Anni uses Stripe, a third-party payment provider, to ensure all transactions are safe, secure and private. Payment for an appointment is collected via credit card from the Member at the time of booking. Anni Experts are paid directly 48 hours after the consult is completed. This gives us time to resolve any disputes if they were ever to arise.

  • Stripe is a leading payment gateway that provides Anni with the technology to accept payments and manage payments to our Anni Experts. Stripe is trusted by leading businesses around the world and is a secure and reliable way to accept payments online.

    We can accept payments from Members in any currency from customers worldwide, quickly and securely. Stripe provides world-class fraud protection.

  • Stripe is free to join!

  • Experts keep 70% of the appointment fee paid by the Member, and Anni collects a 30% fee. This fee covers promotion and marketing to increase the size of the Anni marketplace, maintain the secure payment platform, fraud protection and the Stripe payment service fee. The fee is retained by Anni as part of the consultation transaction, making it seamless for you.

  • No! You’re worth more than that! Being a skilled Anni Expert means that your existing customers and new members can now value your experience and pay you directly for your advice.

  • In Australia, all Anni income is treated as reportable income and is subject to tax. You should consult a tax professional for further advice.

  • Like any job in Australia, any expenses you incur to generate your Anni income are deductible. This includes travel costs, professional tools and equipment, and other necessary expenses. Please consult with a tax professional to determine what deductions you may be eligible to claim.

  • Simply include your Anni income as part of your income tax return. The Australian Tax Office is aware of gig economy income services like Anni, Uber & Airbnb, so ensure you accurately disclose all your Anni income.

  • Problem:

    You have followed the sign-in email link on your iPhone and you are redirected to Safari or other browser.

    Solution:

    Long press ‘Sign-in Now’ in the email i.e. Press and hold until the ‘Open link in app’ menu appears.

    Select ‘Open in “Anni”’ and you will be redirected to Anni to complete your sign-in. Enjoy! :-)
