Preparing for your Anni appointment and how to make the most of a micro-consult

By Diranne Lee-Renwick, CEO & Anni Co-Founder

One in six Australians are embarrassed to make face-to-face appointments with professionals.

Anni provides a solution to this problem, with online experts available anywhere, anytime to offer advice on all things wellness, beauty, fitness, parenting, dating and beyond.

The micro-consult enables Members to tap into expert advice anywhere, any time and the Anni app has everything you need to feel prepared.

Here are six handy tips you should know prior to your Anni micro-consult:

Prior to your appointment

Consider whether you’ll need a 15 or 30-minute appointment slot.

When you book the appointment, provide notes on what aspect you’re looking for advice on to guide the Expert ahead of your appointment.

Add the calendar invite to your diary. You can cancel your booking in the Appointments section of the Anni app up to 24 hours in advance of your appointment. To reschedule your appointment and avoid any charges, simply cancel your booking up to 24 hours in advance and rebook at a time that suits you.

Before your consult

Anni will remind you 30 minutes prior to your appointment so you know when to get prepared.

Make sure you choose a comfortable space in your home and ensure your sound and video quality are optimised to minimise potential interruptions.

Log-on at least five minutes before your appointment time to ensure you are ready to go.

Join the call as soon as it is your scheduled time, the Expert will also be joining at this time. If they are running late or you experience any issues you will be able to ‘nudge’ them through the app.

Following

You won’t be cut off at the end of the call but it is important to respect each other and the time allocated to the appointment.

The Expert can share notes with you in the app following the appointment so you have everything in one place.

Anni encourages all Members to provide their own rating and review their experience following their consultation.
